Can I customize my menu?

The menu will be created based on your vision and requests as well as suggestions and recommendations from Chef Jim. ​

Do you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! I take food allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously and always strive to accommodate them.

Please let me know your specific allergies and dietary restrictions, and I will ensure that your menu is

tailored to meet your needs.

What type of cuisine do you specialize in?

Northern and Southern Authentic Italian, Authentic Mexican and BBQ & American Cuisines.

Please inquire about any other food request.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

 

What are the prices for your culinary services?

Prices do not include the cost of ingredients, any additional services, or state taxes which will be invoiced separately. 

$80 per hour

​​Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is due upon booking, and the balance is due on day of service.

​​

 When do I pay for food, beverage, rentals and misc. additional services?  

You will be invoiced separately for these additional costs which will be due three days before the event.

​​​

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Zelle & Cash

Credit cards payments, please add a 3% service fee.

EVENT LOGISTICS

 

How many guests can you accommodate?

Heat and Eat Meal Prep Options for 1 - 100 guests, depending on refrigeration and oven space.

​​​Do you provide all the necessary cooking equipment?

I will provide all of the necessary serving platters, pots, pans and any other cooking equipment needed.​

​​​​CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances may change, so if you need to cancel your scheduled service, 

we can apply your deposit to you next scheduled service.

Thank you for your understanding!

What if the chef needs to cancel?

In the rare event that Chef Jim must cancel a scheduled service, you will be provided a full refund or

the option to reschedule at your convenience. I will make every effort to give you as much notice as possible

and ensure your needs are met.

Your satisfaction is my priority, and I appreciate your understanding.

​WHAT TO EXPECT DURING SERVICE?

 

What should I expect during the cooking experience, and will the chef take care of cleanup after the meal?

Chef Jim will arrive at your home at the scheduled time with all FOOD, COOKING EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS,

FOOD CONTAINERS & CLEANING SUPPLIES. After food is prepared, it will either be served immediately or

portioned accordingly for later use. All food will be labeled with reheating cooking instructions and

will be stored neatly in the refrigerator. Kitchen cleaned up and done.

How can I communicate my preferences and needs to the chef?

You will have my direct cell number and e-mail so we can communicate as often as needed.

Will I have a consultation before the event?

We will begin with an initial consultation, followed by additional calls to finalize your event.
