Creamy fresh mozzarella paired with ripe heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil, accompanied by thinly sliced red onion.

Drizzled with a vibrant red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

Bone in chicken marinated in soy sauce, habaneros and jalapeno peppers, green onion, lime juice, orange juice, thyme, allspice, paprika,

cayenne pepper, sugar, cinnamon that is smoked then oven roasted. (Spicy)

Served with roasted yams in a cayenne pepper, brown sugar cinnamon spice with Jasmine rice and homemade red beans with bacon.
